Refund policy
We guarantee a full refund for services purchased on the fitsyouclub.eu website at the client's first request.
Guarantee duration
For the "Club membership" service
no less than 24 hours before the start of the scheduled session.
For the "EMS package" service
no more than 24 hours from the start of the first session, on condition that the nominal price of one session is 25 EUR.
For the "Session package" service
no more than 24 hours from the start of the first session, on condition that the nominal price of one session is 25 EUR.
Refund conditions
Request
Send an email to fitsyoufitness@gmail.com with your first name, last name, the name of the paid service and the reason for the refund.
Review time
24 hours.
Refund date
On the last day of the month, to the electronic payment account or bank card used to make the payment.
Transaction time
From 1 to 3 working days.
